The City of Frederick’s “Pop-Up Dining” program kicked-off its first complete weekend, Friday June 12th – paralleling the State of Maryland’s re-opening of restaurants at 50% capacity. Frederick’s new outdoor dining program is designed to help support City restaurants overcome the economic hardships of the pandemic, as well as provide returning patrons & employees a safer environment.

In response to COVID-19, Governor Hogan has enacted an executive order which will require the wearing of masks or face coverings when inside any retail establishments, including grocery stores, pharmacies, and convenience stores, or when riding any form of public transportation in Maryland.
