Culler Lake Phase II
A recent joint effort by ‘Friends of Baker Park,’ and local, county, & state agencies improved the storm water management utility of Culler Lake– a historically prominent feature within downtown Frederick’s renowned Baker Park. A second phase to provide recreational opportunities, enhance the aesthetic character, and develop educational markers within the surrounding park area is now planned.
Proposed Development Includes:
an entry plaza on the east end
path widening & installation by-pass lanes
informational signage, and a pavilion/pergola on the west end
